Ashley has spent the last 15 years focusing on the growth of children of her church and community while serving in various roles. Ashley has been a leader within the Preschool and Student Ministry in Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. Ashley homeschooled her three children during the time she was home. Ashley and her children taught history to kindergarteners as well as students in the first grade at a school tutorial. God said to her that even though she enjoyed doing her homeschool and spending time at home with her children, she had to go back to a full-time school. Brent and Ashley are parents to five daughters. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz Cruz, both GCA students. Baylor an GCA graduated attends college as a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan, another GCA graduated, goes to Western Kentucky University. Their family is very active that loves fishing for fish and hunting, as well as watching each other cheer on their most loved sports and other activities.
